I became a Doula because of my love of the body, mind, and spirit connection. I want to support and educate
your family, to help you understand your changing body and the developing life you have created. To get babies
off to a good start, I am here to guide your family through this transition, with informational, physical,
emotional support and to be your advocate.
Our birth, and how we enter this world makes a profound affect on our developing lives, both physical and
emotional. We are able to educate ourselves and prepare our body and mind, to make the birthing process a
smooth transition for both mother and baby.
I am not accepting Doula clients at this time. However, I am available for Massage and Bodywork appointments. I specialize in Pregnancy, Infant, CrainoSacral Therapy, and Deep Tissue Specific work.
I am available by e-mail or phone, Monday-Friday from 11-6 by appointment only.
